Sue Witmer: Sue
has taught Physical Education for 38 years at all levels in a broad spectrum of
educational programs. She now enjoys working with adults in a variety of small
group classes specifically designed to address personal fitness goals, tailoring
classes to meet each participant’s individual needs. Her focus, however, remains the same: to
enable others to fully enjoy who they are through the challenges of movement. For
that to happen, Sue believes that a healthy, functional level of fitness
readiness must be achieved and maintained so that a person has a physical
confidence to plan or spontaneously choose how they play each day.
Sue’s
favorite play days include early morning walks, cycling, hiking, trail riding,
tennis, and if out-voted, golf.
