Class Descriptions
Athletic Core - Come ready to strengthen your entire body with emphasis on the core (abdominals, back and chest). You will use various props such as the FitBall, BOSU, exerbands, Body Bars, weights, smart bells and discs. For the intermediate to very advanced participant. Boot Camp - A unique mix that elevates your heart rate and challenges your core and a bit more! This is a high intensity class that is geared toward the advanced participant. BOSU/Fitball - You will find this class meets your daily cardio requirements as well as the need to keep your abs and back in shape. BOSU, swiss balls, Smart Bells, Body Bars, and gliding discs will surely meet your every fitness need.
Pilates Mat- Learn the fundamentals: core strengthening, flexibility, muscle balance, breathing & coordination. For beginner Pilates participants. Modifications and props provided for minor injuries.
Advanced PilatesMat - Learn challenging advanced Pilates Mat Exercises.
Tai Chi - Slow relaxed movements for total self development. For the body, it is an exercise. For the mind it is a study in concentration, will power and visualization. For the soul, it is a system of meditation.
