Class Descriptions
Fitball/ BOSU/TRX - This class will strengthen and tone your body. With the aid of ball exercises, BOSU training and TRX strengthening you will see improvement in your muscle tone, posture, core stability and balance.
Kangoo Cardio - Elevate your heart rate while being kind to your body in Kangoo Jumps rebounding boots that reduce impact up to 80%. Class includes 30-40 minutes of cardio interval training as well as core work and stretching.
Kangoo Calorie Crunch - In comparison to working out in sneakers, exercising in Kangoo Jumps burns up to 50% more calories per hour. This class will help melt the pounds away with interval cardio movements and light muscle work. The class is set at a steady pace.
Kangoo Combo - The first half of this class is cardio on the FitBall, Bosu and the Kangoo Jumps followed by strength exercises and stretching. A bit of everything for an overall good workout.
