Fitness Classes


Our specialized fitness class schedule is comprised of personalized small group classes that emphasize core strength, muscle balance, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and balance. Fitness classes are on a sign-up/drop-in basis with no membership fees or registration required. Drop-ins are welcome, but it is advised to call in advance. To view our most up-to-date classes click here. 

Fitness classes at Body Dynamics are taught by our professional training staff. We pride ourselves on teaching energetic sessions offering education, creative movements and lots of personalized attention.
Our schedule is evolving in the sense that we are happy to introduce new classes based on our clients interests and fitness needs.

Join us in the "Ballroom" for a Kangoo Jumps, Fitball/BOSU,  TRX or Ski Conditioning (seasonal) class.


Class Descriptions

Fitball/ Bosu/TRX- This class will strengthen, tone and stretch your body. Focus on proper form and individual corrections make this class a personalized workout.  With the aid of ball exercises,bosu training and TRX you will see improvement in your posture, core stability and balance.

Kangoo Intro (30 or 45 min)- For the participant that may be new to exercise or just getting back into shape. Great for those with muscle/skeletal issues. Assessment and guidance provided in a controlled environment.
 
Kangoo Cardio- Elevate your heart rate while being kind to your body in Kangoo Jumps rebounding boots that reduce impact up to 80%. Class includes 30-40 minutes of cardio interval training as well as core work and stretching. Kangoo Jumps boots are provided for Kangoo class participants. Sign-up in advance to guarantee boot size.

Kangoo Blast - One hour of calorie-burning cardio, and booty and ab blasting goodness! This super fun and effective Kangoo class consists of 40 minutes of Kangoo dance moves, drills and fat-burning intervals followed by abs, glutes and the occasional strength-building surprise. All levels are welcome, but be prepared to sweat! 

Cardio Combo- This Kangoo class offers 20-40 minutes of cardio interval training depending on the needs of participants and instructor discretion followed by upper body and core exercises on the Bosu, fitball, and TRX.
