We approach your training program in a holistic way and work in an integrated fashion with many other practitioners in the health, wellness and fitness professions. Our goal is to guide you toward your goals.
Expect a variety of exercises combining cardiovascular fitness, weight training, balance and flexibility. With these fitness components in mind, your trainer will carefully consider muscle balance, postural alignment and core strength into the program design.
