The Pilates Reformer with springs and pulleys is known for it's versatility in providing both resistance training and movement control. Benefits of working out on the reformer include increased strength and flexibility, core conditioning, improved posture and correcting faulty movement patterns.
Body Dynamics offers a full schedule of Pilates Reformer classes. We highly recommend a series of private sessions for those just starting a program, especially those with injuries. Our highly skilled staff each have their own unique style which is one of the many strengths of our program.
