Fitness Exploratory Camp for Teens
Week-long camps combining a variety of exercises with energizing music allowing your teen to discover workouts that are fun!
The week consists of: cardio movement, step, bosu ball, gliding, sliding, kangoo jump shoes, core training, weights, pilates, stretch, yoga and relaxation. A question and answer session is included to help understand health and fitness needs.
For ages 13-15 $200/week 2011 Session Dates - TBA (session maximum is 6 participants)

Pilates Fun Camp for Tweens
Your preteens will have the opportunity to strengthen their cores, learn new methods of how to become more flexible, have fun on all the Pilates equipment and make a Pilates video to take home at the end of camp. Exercises will include mat, foam rollers, reformer, low chair, fitball and trapeze table.
Camp is for ages 10-12, the cost is $95/session. 2011 Session Dates - TBA Sessions have a minimum of 4 participants, maximum of 8 participants
